Attune provides customized solutions, typically consisting of a series of 1.5 - 2-hour workshops, drawing upon one or more of these core services:
Team practice for individual attunement
Participants learn how to take their personal, hour-by-hour leadership challenges before God for his guidance, and learn how to hold a space that helps someone discern their own path forward versus problem solving for them.
Team practice for joint attunement
In groups of 2 or 3, participants learn how to collectively take an area of shared leadership before God for his guidance, and along the way they normalize deeper, more transparent, impartial & productive communications around potentially stressful situations.
Group reflection & wayfinding
Groups of 3 - 25 are guided through attunement workshops that help them discern strategic direction for a particular area of focus, which can range from the overarching direction for the organization, to a particular aspect of team culture or work output.
One on one’s
Individuals are led through attunement exercises that help them slow down, name more of what’s going on beneath the surface, and process through it with God - leaving them with greater perspective, guidance, health and maturity.
