How do you approach spiritual attunement?
We approach spiritual attunement as a process or cycle, with distinct movements. We begin by focusing on a specific situation or area for discernment.
LISTEN: Our first step is to notice some of the deeper and wider themes at play
DISCERN: We then look to gain understanding of the key themes - or guideposts - we most sense God inviting us to live further into.
GO: We first test our best sense of God’s guidance, and then respond – bringing our creative capacity to the table to determine and take next steps in resonance with God’s guidance
LIVED EXPERIENCES: By taking these next steps, we gain lived experiences which allow us to see and understand things at a deeper, more intuitive level. From these lived experiences, we can then repeat the cycle and gain greater attunement with the ways God is moving
How do you teach spiritual attunement?
We teach spiritual attunement the same way you might teach a team to play a new sport or to play music together.
We lead workshops where teams learn & practice attunement exercises - giving them hands-on experience with the movements and postures of attunement, and along the way - they gain more of God’s guidance for their current, real-life challenges of work and life.
As teams practice these exercises, we help them cultivate deeper, more loving relationships with God, and healthier – more trust filled, empowering group dynamics, knowing that this provides the most fertile soil not only for attunement, but also for leadership and culture development.
Do you work in non-Christian settings?
We are glad to work with people of any faith, or no faith.
In non-Christian settings, we simply broaden the language – though the work remains more or less the same. In all cases, we are training people to identify & be led by the wisest, most loving, healthy, truthful, impartial, sincere and “for the flourishing of the world around me” voice in their head they can hear.
