BRANDON ADDISON
Catalyst, Exhorter, Aligner, Second Mountain Guide
Since 2016, he has been accompanying leaders and teams helping them align with their purpose, passions, and "telos.” Brandon thrives on creating generative spaces for organizations and bridging the gap between a leader's outward capacity and their interior spirituality. Alongside his role at Attune, Brandon serves as a coach and guide for a variety of leaders and organizations. Prior to his current roles, Brandon worked with Provisions Group, a prominent consulting firm in Nashville. With over a decade of experience as a pastor and church planter, he brings a unique blend of organizational, spiritual, and leadership insights. Brandon holds a BS in Psychology and BA in International Affairs from the University of Georgia, an MDiv from Covenant Seminary, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in neuroscience and spiritual transformation.
Residing in Colorado with his wife, Amy, Brandon and their two kids find joy in whitewater rafting, exploring theme parks, and plotting new adventures together.
Tracy Mathews
Pioneer, Catalyst, Shepherd of the Spiritual Journey
Tracy has been the spark of energy behind Attune since it began in 2016. Honored to be tasked with cultivating relationships with an array of inspiring organizations, Tracy loves accompanying leaders on the attunement journey as they discover more of the goodness God has for them, their teams and their organizations. Prior to launching Attune, Tracy led strategy and business development for Coskata, Inc., an early-stage industrial biotech company, and has also held positions at McKinsey & Company and the Kimberly-Clark Corporation. She holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Washington, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Tracy and her husband Jeff enjoy frequent campfires and occasional water balloon fights with their two sons.
Carey Sims
CONTEMPLATIVE, ENTREPRENEUR, REFORMER
As a spiritual director and coach, Carey delights in helping people develop practices that deepen and enliven their friendship with God. As an entrepreneur, Carey is particularly interested in the intersection between theology and economics and how the church can make a social impact while proclaiming the gospel.
Much of her work has been with entrepreneurs and ministry leaders, curating an interactive space to process decisions, gain insight and discern next steps. She holds the Master of Business Administration degree from Regent University and the M.Div. from Duke University.
Carey and Gannon live in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas, Texas, where they are sowing seeds of revival through hospitality, creativity and innovation.
Terry Timm
Companion on the Journey, Creative, Spiritual Environmentalist
Terry enjoys cultivating spaces where good and God things grow, thrive, and flourish. Along with his work at Attune, Terry serves as a local church pastor, teacher, and vocational coach. In his spare time, you’ll find him playing guitar, on his yoga mat or bike, or walking in the woods with Marty the Mountain Dog. Terry’s background in music, education, theology, and leadership fuels his passion of helping people discover and bring their best selves to work, relationships, and life. (If you want the educational stuff: He holds a BS and MS in Music Education from Duquesne University, an M.Div from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and D.Min from Northern Theological Seminary.
Daphne Woolfolk
Experimenter, Advocate, Strategic Facilitator
Daphne participated in the Attune program in 2018 and has been involved with the organization ever since. As one of its early board members, she helped discern the group’s direction using the same principles Attune makes available to clients today. She currently serves as a workshop facilitator, working with teams eager to hear more of God’s guidance in how they move forward together. When not working with Attune, Daphne thrives as a change management consultant, collaborating with executive leaders to craft their internal landscape for successful business transformation.
