Barney is the founder of The Table, an intentional mastermind community for Christian leaders in the corporate sphere, designed to help integrate faith and professional life through shared values and support. A graduate of the Gotham Program, he serves on the board of The Nashville Institute for Faith and Work and has completed the Ignatian Exercises (19th Annotation), deepening his spiritual formation.

With a background in general management, Barney brings expertise in sales leadership, strategic planning, CRM, and project management. He holds an Economics degree from Kenyon College, studied at INSEAD in France, and completed a Coaching Mastery Certificate Program. He currently serves as an Executive Consultant at Source Key Solutions and as Executive in Residence at Middle Tennessee State University’s Jennings A. Jones College of Business, connecting businesses with graduate students.

Barney lives in Franklin, TN with his wife Teresa. Together they have three adult children living in San Francisco and New York.
