Andrea serves in vocational leadership formation within church-based contexts, accompanying leaders and teams as they discern calling, steward mission, and navigate the complexities of organizational life. Her work centers on intentional listening and Spirit-led discernment, helping communities align identity and action with clarity and courage. Drawn to spaces where diverse perspectives meet, she values thoughtful process over quick solutions and believes leadership is strengthened when people slow down long enough to truly hear one another.

Married and the mother of six, with a growing family that now includes three children with partners and a grandchild, she brings a leadership perspective shaped by patience, resilience, and generational faithfulness. She finds joy in travel and creating space around the table—experiences that continue to shape her belief that formation happens most deeply through presence, conversation, and shared journey.
